The Award For The Best Anti-Corruption Framework 2008
The Award for the Best Anti-Corruption Framework 2008 was launched in April 2008 and Award Ceremony was held on 09th December 2008, thereby commemorating the International Anti-Corruption Day 2008.
This edition of the competition attracted 19 participants from the public category and 2 participants from the private sector category.
All applicants were evaluated based on the five criteria: management commitment, risk management, transparency, accountability and integrity management. The evaluation process for each organisation included several meetings to review application reports and two on-site visits per organisation, by a team of assessors (one from ICAC & another from MQI) to verify information in the applications.
From 21 participants, the overall category winner for the Award was:

For having demonstrated deep commitment and adopted anti-corruption initiatives

Risk Management Department of Civil Aviation
For having evidenced a risk management approach
3. Transparency Central Electricity Board
Comparatively high level transparency and documented systems
4. Accountability Central Electricity Board
For having evidenced high level of accountability mechanisms
5. Integrity Management Ministry of Civil Service & Administrative Reforms
For contribution in terms of training and administrative reforms for the public sector

Bon Accueil Government School for having demonstrated much effort in the promotion of anti-corruption safeguards in the school.
